Would you eat a pig testicles?

First time I have ever eat pig testicles was in my husband cousin's engagement party. I did not know it yet that time or else I wouldn't be able to eat them. They told me that this dish is a delicacy so I ate them. All the while I was suspicious because they look so much like human testicles if you take the skin off !!! How do I know this? Well.... I took anatomy class before back in the University where I have to disect several human bodies. And maybe you have heard before that humans and pig have similar organs.

How are they taste? Well.... let say.... like eating a kidney without the strong smell.

Pig testicles anyone???
